Spring Fest and Annual Pond Skim
April 15 - May 27
A month and a half of slopeside events and pure mountain goodness. Nightlife, family fun, live music, slopeside parties, on-hill competitions and more.
Opening Day Fishing
April 27
Celebrate the opening of fishing season in Mono County at The Village at Mammoth. Live music, food, and trout stocking raffle. Fish on!
Cinco de Mayo Festival
May 5
Gomez's Mexican Restaurant will be having killer food deals, Drink specials, Free Cinco T-shirts, Tequila tasting and Free patron shot glass. Food, music and dancing.
Mammoth Motocross
June 21 - June 30
Every summer racers flock to Mammoth Mountain for this classic event. It is the oldest continuous running motocross in the USA. The track has changed a little over the years, but the fun hasn't.
Footloose Freedom Mile
July 4
A one-mile (1.6k) road run benefiting Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra. Starts at 10:10am near the corner of Minaret and Old Mammoth Rd in Mammoth Lakes. Race will take place before the start of the 4th of July parade. All awards will be picked up at Footloose Sports after 2:00 pm on race day.

Mammoth Festival of Beers & Bluesapalooza

Mammoth's Most Talked About Summer Event! Beer and Blues in the High Sierra! Successfully celebrating its 18th year, Mammoth Festival of Beers and Bluesapalooza promises an energetic lineup of blues performers and a grand tasting from 70 of the best craft breweries in the country. It all takes place Thursday, August 1st through Sunday, August 4th outdoors among the pines at Sam's Wood Site, located on Minaret Road between Main Street and Meridian Boulevard, with California's Eastern High Sierra as the backdrop. Charthouse/Footloose Sports 5k/10k Walk & Run
August 4
California's highest 10k & 5k at 8,000 feet. Starts at 8:00 am in the Charthouse parking lot. Pre register on www.active.com or at Footloose Sports. $30 with t-shirt; $25 without t-shirt.

Mammoth Margarita Festival

A celebration of fine food, music and tequila. Over 15 tequilas, margarita alley, Latin bands and tapas.
Crowley Lake Stillwater Classic
July 27
The Stillwater Classic is a ton of fun with the goal of putting a ton of fish into Crowley Lake. The Stillwater Classic is a catch-and-release, fly-fishing-only tournament and anglers can fish from boats, float tubes or kayaks. You can enter as a team or as an individual or both. After the contest there is an awards ceremony with a free barbeque lunch for the contestants and you can win some great raffle prizes.
Mammoth Challenge Triathlon
August 10
Triathlon starts at 9:00 am at Whitmore Pool. It's $35 per individual for either the long course (500 meter swim; 21 mile bike ride and 3 mile run) or the sprint course (200 meter swim; 6 mile bike and 2 mile run). There is also a family/team challenge sprint section- the sprint distance broken between 2 or 3 family/team members of any relationship. $55 per team.
Mammoth Festival - Wine, Music & Food
August 15 - August 18
Wine, live music, food and fine art by the Sierra artisans. This signature Mammoth summer event kicks off on Thursday evening with a Winemaker Dinner at Parallax; on Friday evening the event moves to The Village for the Wine Walk presented by the Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation; on Saturday Mammoth Festival kicks in with a day full of live music and fabulous wine. Enjoy perfect weather, great wines, appetizing eats and amazing art. The weekend-long event concludes in The Village with the Sunday Champagne Brunch.
Mammoth Lakes Quake and Shake 10k and Half-Marathon
August 18
The Quake and Shake starts at 9:00 am. It starts at the Inyo Craters Parking Lot and goes through Crater Flats, and winds back through blue diamond single track trails. Half Marathon does the loop twice plus a .8 to make it 13.1 miles. There will be 2 aide stations and great signage.
Mammoth Rocks - A Taste of the Sierra

Rock your socks off at the event that lights up Mammoth. The scene is set for a smorgasbord of choice. Not only is there music to listen to over the weekend, but there's food galore too. Drink, taste, dine, and savoir a treat for all your senses. If you need to run off the excess, there's a fun mud run to round things off nicely.

Mark those calendars! The Mammoth Mud Run tests your endurance and strength on a brand new course over a series of obstacles, mud pits and more over 5 kilometers! This year we're creating a new course starting and ending at Canyon Lodge, with new features and old favorites.
Mammoth Bluegrass Festival

2nd Annual Mammoth Bluegrass Festival features Bluegrass bands with national recognition. Fun for young and old alike! August 30, 2013 - $35 per ticket. August 31, 2013 - $40 per ticket.
